Anchor QEA, an environmental science and engineering consulting company, is seeking a PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in its Kirkland, WA office to work 20 hours per week.
The position will assist the Kirkland office. Primary responsibilities will include word processing; answering phones; greeting/directing clients and visitors; mail room services; meeting setup/cleanup; filing, assisting with invoices; maintaining and organizing project files; preparing shipping and receiving; faxing; copying; maintaining office supplies; creating budget reports; searching for marketing opportunities; and other administrative duties as needed. The successful applicant will be highly proficient in Word & Excel and detail orientated. 1 to 2 years related administrative experience is preferred. AA degree desired. Must be able to perform light physical work, if necessary. Strong writing and verbal communication skills are a must. Experience with architectural/engineering consulting firms is a plus.
