Project Assistant/Technical Editor

Anchor QEA, an environmental science and engineering consulting company, is seeking a full-time PROJECT ASSISTANT in its Montvale, NJ office.

Responsibilities for the project assistant include full project support, including all phases of project and marketing document production from planning, formatting, word processing, and editing through copying, distribution, records management, and project manager assistance.  Applicants must have an advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.  Experience with other Adobe products, MS Project, and/or other graphics software is a plus.  Strong writing, editing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are a must.  The successful candidate will possess excellent time management skills, attention to detail, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines, and will work independently and collaboratively as part of project teams.  Experience with architectural/engineering consulting firms is desired.  B.A. degree desired.
